A tree manifests as the root, the stem,
The leaves, the flowers, the androeciun,
The gynoecium, the seed and the embryo.
Life is a tree in the form of living things.

Upeksha bids being indifferent. It antidotes forming biased attitude. Meditation in Buddhism is meant For attaining Nirvana, the enlightening . Meditation is taming of the mind. It makes the one hatred-less, unselfish, Jealous-less and unbiased in relations.
